Domestic Alarm System Servicing
We needed to find a replacement company to service our domestic Wi-Fi alarm system. We are very pleased that we selected Knights Shield. The work was conducted in an experienced and very professional manner with good communication as the job proceeded. Familiarity with the wifi system was clearly beneficial. Replacement exterior alarm box and batteries.
Same day service (for which I and my neighbours are most grateful for as the alarm decided to go wrong at 5am and then continue to sound very loudly until the engineer arrived!) Friendly and very personable from the initial phone conversation through to the end of the job. Problem found and solved quickly. Very reasonable cost. I cut through an alarm cable by accident.
I called Knights Shield, and was told someone would come out to me. Within an hour Charlie came to my rescue. He was quick and efficient and did the repair in no time.
