Repair of bouncy laminate flooring.
James was very polite and knowledgeable, diagnosing the problem quickly. The repair was carried out within a week and we are very happy with the result. James explained different options to us but didn't push the more expensive one on to us. We are very happy with the work and fully recommend him.
