I would like to say a very big thank You to Regan, for helping us today with the lock on my son's bathroom door. As something went wrong with it, and it could not be opened. Within seconds of arriving the door was open, and he quickly diagnosed what was wrong. My son and his wife are very happy, that they can now use the toilet and bathroom. I am very pleased with the arrival time and the work done, and I highly recommend Knox Locks for any lock problems. Thank you again.
