Earth wire installation on gas pipe
First time using Checkatrade so was sceptical. put in my requirements. Knox power electrical services got back straight away, they arranged a site visit and arrived when they said they were coming. Emergency Call Out - Check Electrics.
Due to storm damage water dripped from the bedroom ceiling light and Knox Power responded to the posted job. Via Texts Cammy arranged an appointment for the next morning & arrived promptly. The light socket was opened plus the conduit box accessed to examine the water damage and adjacent plaster board. Cammy also accessed the roof area to determine what water was still there and to see if it affected the cabling plus to confirm it was not any water from a pipe but the roof was the issue. Repairing and replacing some storage radiators
Great overall experience over the New Year period for an elderly friend of mine. Cammy came back very quickly and popped in to make a quick assessment. One repaired on that visit and provided a very reasonable quote for replacing another , which he offered to do 2 days later - and didn’t charge any call out or repair charge for the first visit. Turned up on time and completed the replacement very quickly. My friend was delighted with the service and said he couldn’t have been nicer.
