KO bathrooms designed and installed a new bathroom to meet our requirements, everything was renewed, pipework, plasterboard, flooring, etc, the fitter Derrick did not compromise on any of the work, he is extremely conscientious, helpful, punctual, his attention to detail has made this installation, first class. Amazing work! We had our old bathroom totally ripped out and then totally re built. Our workmen were amazing. So helpful and reliable. You will never find such tidy workmen anywhere else I’m sure ( even the piles of rubbish they stacked up outside before they took it away was tidy!). They swept up at the end of every day and I felt there was very little disruption to our daily lives all the time they were there. Our workman was so particular and his attention to detail and finishing touches were excellent. We absolutely adore our bathroom. KO have done work for my father so we knew their work was excellent. From one phone call for a quote our new shower door and toilet were done in one week. Absolutely superb from start to finish. First contact was with Mark who designed our new bathrooms without any sales pressure. He guided us through, as we built up our new rooms from floor to ceiling and everything in between. The fitting team were absolutely amazing -Tanna (sorry didn't ask how to spell it!), Adam, Peter (and Martin for a couple of day). Their workmanship was always to an excellent standard as was their professionalism. A lovely team who supported each other through out.
