  Great experience with Ko Electrical. We had an urgent problem when our new driveway was being built and Ko Electrical offered really helpful initial advice about what we could do and then came to finish off the work to a high standard. Excellent communication throughout.

  Professional and friendly service

  Kyle and his colleague (sorry didn’t catch your name) did a great job. The work was carried out very professionally and they left the site clean and tidy afterwards. There is one small issue which Kyle has immediately given me a date to come and rectify. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

  Fuse spur removal and cables

  Kyle arrived on time and was easy to get along with from the get go. Although it seemed a relatively straightforward task, he was professional throughout and clearly knew what he was doing. Will be keeping him in mind for any future electrical jobs I need doing.

  Unhappy customer

  Was not happy, very expensive for what he had done, which was, taking off one small telephone point, which was done in seconds. He charged me £30, which was outrageous , when I told him this he replied, he could put it back on if I want?? No customer care whatsoever.

  I understand that your unhappy. You called us out on a bank holiday changed your mind with the work you wanted doing after I gave you a price then asked us to remove the socket which I then gave you another price and you said that was fine You was unhappy with the price after you agreed it and got us to do the work You had every right to disagree on the price before work commences

  Excellent service

  Excellent service from start to finish. The EV charging socket was installed neatly with a dedicated circuit, and everything was explained clearly. Very professional, tidy work and the charger works perfectly. Highly recommend!
