From an initial assessment to ascertain the issues with my pond, to full discussion and price review, I was given excellent advice and all my questions were answered honestly and all details full explained. Decision made and a date to begin in the diary the guys arrived and work began. I am so pleased with the results, my koi pond is fabulous. One call to koi carp Uk Ltd.. Very quickly responding to our conversation, booked a visit there and then . Probably turned up on time with all the equipment, very professional, not cutting any corners, excellent job on filters , really analysing my pond water quality, then health checking a lot of koi.
