Kolin created a new door opening in our wall with a steel beam lintel and finishing works including some electrical adjustments. He and his team were very friendly, professional and offered great advice along the way. We used Kolin's services a number of times, his knowledge ranges from building work to plumbing, electricity, heating, he can help with most repairs and building work. He is very honest, will always try to fix things before advising you to buy new parts and he always suggested for me to get the replacement parts and where to get them so he only charged for his work.
