A couple of our exterior walls appeared colder and I contacted a number of cavity wall companies and selected Kooka. They sent a surveyor who examined the walls and explained that the existing insulation had deteriorated and clearly outlined the options for replacement. Quote accepted and their engineers arrived, on a very hot day, and worked really hard to complete the extraction and returned later that week to install the Instabead insulation. All the people that I dealt with either on-site or in the office were pleasant, efficient and keen to help. Work was completed to a high professional

We had cavity wall insulation installed by Kooka. They were extremely professional from first contact, and clearly explained, and showed our lack of insulation, unlike other quotes, Kooka who visited our house. Although we had believed our house to have had Cavity Wall Insulation some years ago, a survey by Kooka proved to us that the previous Government/homeowner deal was totally inadequate. No wonder we had a cold house. After the survey, by Jake, Kooka quoted a very acceptable quote. Due to a cancellation elsewhere, we had our insulation job done within just weeks of initial contact. John was absolutely a star, and took us through a very painless process at installation. We must thank Kooka for being so accomodating and would not hesitate to recommend them.
