Carried out a service, broke the boiler during the service then still sent an invoice wanting the money. They stated the charge wasnt for the service (which they didnt do) but for a call out. No mention of this charge at all on their website! Refused to waive the charge. Avoid!

Sorry you’re unhappy with the cover provided; however you have omitted several facts.
15/05/20 you called us out for a boiler breakdown. On arrival our engineer found water damage to the PCB caused by yourself or another company the day before removing the expansion vessel. Our engineer replaced the PCB from van stock but you refused to pay for this as you can get them cheaper! We removed the new PCB.
19/05/20 you arranged a call back. We fitted the 2nd hand PCB you had received from eBay to find that this was also faulty, We then refitted your now dried out original PCB but this now had a F12 fault code, You advised that you would get another replacement PCB and fit it yourself no charge for this call. 09/07/20.You arranged for a service to your unit. On arrival ANOTHER PCB had been fitted & the boiler was now working, at the service we have to take the combustion readings to make sure the appliance is safe. Readings recorded made the unit unsafe to use and were unable to adjust. Our engineer isolated & issued a warning notice per health and safety regulation. i am more than happyfor you to ring gas safe and we can have a site visit with them. Let me know the date.
