    5 Star company, great service and prices

    From fitting my boiler ten years ago to annual servicing second to none in price and quality of service Great office reception staff, Kevin his son Jake great! Greg and Adam this week July 20th/21st literally live savers picked up gas leak on 22mm supply pipeline in kitchen and fixed and repaired!!!     I’ve been using Koziwarm for over 20 years and have had no reason to use anyone else.My service was carried out with the usual curtesy and professionalism I’ve always received from this company.

    Boiler repair

    Called to rectify a problem another engineer had caused during a service. Lee was brilliant, really friendly and got the issue identified and repaired straight away. Would recommend.

    Replaced faulty microstat and also brought forward the date of a boiler service from 24th. February.

    I phoned a fault in at approximately 8.05a.M, and was pleased that Ryan the engineer and his mate arrived in less that thirty minutes. The faulty microstat was replaced and Ryan carried out the boiler service which was due on 24th. February. The lads were cheerful and polite and cleared away, they're a credit to Koziwarm. I'm very impressed.

    Service

    Carried out a service, broke the boiler during the service then still sent an invoice wanting the money. They stated the charge wasnt for the service (which they didnt do) but for a call out. No mention of this charge at all on their website! Refused to waive the charge. Avoid!

    Sorry you’re unhappy with the cover provided; however you have omitted several facts. 15/05/20 you called us out for a boiler breakdown. On arrival our engineer found water damage to the PCB caused by yourself or another company the day before removing the expansion vessel. Our engineer replaced the PCB from van stock but you refused to pay for this as you can get them cheaper! We removed the new PCB. 19/05/20 you arranged a call back. We fitted the 2nd hand PCB you had received from eBay to find that this was also faulty, We then refitted your now dried out original PCB but this now had a F12 fault code, You advised that you would get another replacement PCB and fit it yourself no charge for this call. 09/07/20.You arranged for a service to your unit. On arrival ANOTHER PCB had been fitted & the boiler was now working, at the service we have to take the combustion readings to make sure the appliance is safe. Readings recorded made the unit unsafe to use and were unable to adjust. Our engineer isolated & issued a warning notice per health and safety regulation. i am more than happyfor you to ring gas safe and we can have a site visit with them. Let me know the date.

    New boiler installation

    During the lockdown I needed a new boiler fitting. Used video calling for Kevin to check out the old boiler before he sent quotes for 3 different boilers. It was a 2 day job and the engineer (Craig) was fantastic, he was on time, polite, professional and a very tidy worker. Also adhered to social distancing rules which made me very happy. Delighted with my new boiler and thermostat. Can definitely recommend this company to others.
