    Repair to leaking conservatory roof

    Kiran has been quick to respond to our enquiry, arrived when he said he would and kept open communication throughout the work letting us know what he had found and our options for fixing it. He did what he could and advised us when he could not. Kiran has an excellent in depth knowledge of conservatories having told us he originally worked in their manufacture years ago and this came across in the way he approached and dealt with the repairs required. A really helpful experience, thank you.

    Window pane replacement

    Kiran had done a superb job previously fitting a cat flap for me and mentioned at the time he could replace the panes for the rear windows as they were misted up. So I had no hesitation in using his services again. He noticed that in one of the frames that the drainage holes had been put on at the top of the frame but he quickly resolved that. It says a lot about the quality of his work that he has a lot of positive reviews so you can be assured you are in safe hands.

    Lantern and roof repairs

    Kiran and Shaun have done an amazing job re-aligned & re-sealed large roof lantern, replaced manmade slates, as well as re-fitted & re-sealed apex slates. Also realigned the front door, all to the highest standard. Kept me informed and cleared the site after completion. Amazing experience, you can tell Kiran and Shaun love their job and take pride in what they do, highly recommend 👍

    Repairing conservatory - great job

    I thoroughly recommend KP Repairs (Kiran) who completed a series of repairs to our nearly 20y old conservatory including rectifying a number of defects that were the result of poor original construction. Needless to say, original installer had disappeared. Kiran took enormous care obtaining replacement glass and installing it. Now no more leaks and all the misted panes replaced. His communication was excellent and he was totally reliable.

    Replacement of shattered double glazed patio door glass

    The inside pane of my mother's patio door glass was completely crazed and shattered. We contacted Kiran of KP Repair Specialists and he came round, surveyed and measured the patio door and texted us the quote within a day or so. Kiran did the job and replaced the glass at my mother's convenience, taking all the old glass away. The service was excellent, Kiran was reliable, courteous and a complete professional. I would recommend anyone to use him.

    Mr Patel arrived on time and was fully equipped for the job. He quickly confirmed the source of the leak and carried out the repair promptly and efficiently, taking great care to protect the roof as he carried out the work. I was very impressed by Mr Patel's efficient and professional approach to the repair and I will certainly seek his advice and assistance for any similar work in the future. Confirmation of the quality of his work was tested recently during a heavy outburst of rain - there was no leak.
