Shower tray replacement and fitting the complete shower unit
After the shower unit had been replaced it has leaked all over. Water damage is through my ceiling and walls and further damage to the bathroom floor etc. . I have been making contact regularly but they literally been ignoring me. There is serious water damage left is a simple job to replace a shower tray complete unit and to do the plumbing for it.

Installing (and replacing) new radiators in the living room, kitchen and hallway, including pipework
Callum was customer focused straight from the off, helping me choose the correct parts and making me feel involved in getting the job done. He did a fantastic job. I'm pleased with our newly installed radiators and having some much needed heating in the rooms he worked on. I would happily recommend Callum to others and would look to use his service again in the future.

Leaking valve leaking into electrical service head
Called KPS 7.20 pm. Callum arrived within 45 mins. Replaced leaking valve and two other which were poor condition. . He knew his stuff he offered good advice. Polite, friendly guy. Very good value for money. Would recommend 100%

Change of ball valve in water tank in loft that was causing a leak through overflow pipe due to wear
