Panic - the hot water went off! Called Kev to explain and he told hubby to do a reset, which hubby did but to no avail. The next day he was here with replacement parts only to find that hubby had not done as told and had not, indeed reset the system. Kev reset the system and gave second tutorial to red faced hubby who will never hear the end of this! Immersion working perfectly, and we are now educated on correct use of immersion. Thank you Kev.

Needed a small gate to fit a specific area and secure rear garden and Kev created one from scratch on the day. He also supplied a twin love seat as arranged, and what a gorgeous piece of garden furniture it is - sturdy for the.... ahem.... larger lady, and just the right height, with a nice little table set between the chairs with inset patio brolly hole for those sunny days! The latter came pre-stained in a lovely dark colour and I was delighted with both pieces of work.

After taking advice from Kev we chose two matching sheds for the storage of our cycles. The sheds were made to fit a specific area in the garden and with a specific type of roofing as discussed. Sheds arrived in perfect condition in good time, and were set in place by Kev. Sturdy sheds, they will last fir some years to come!

Just after having my new kitchen fitted by Kev, and the painting and decorating done, the flooring fitters came and pointed out a leak in my immersion tank. Once quick call to Kev and he was there the next day with a new replacement tank which he fitted quickly and with absolutlely no mess and not a scratch on my new lino or decorating! The job was not an easy one given the strange arrangement of my pipework, but he managed to get everything working in time for the evenings washing up! And just in time too as the old immersion was about to disassemble on us!

After fitting our brand new kitchen we employed Kev to repaint the walls, ceiling and skirting of both the kitchen and attached utility room. Was given paint charts to choose from and Kev was also happy to work with specific acryllic paint for the skirting and wood which I requested. Decorating was done perfectly, not a splash of paint out of place, and it looks gorgeous!
