KRA came out and reviewed the job very quickly. Today they input the EV charger. They were very friendly, polite and efficient and they're work was very neat and tidy. I couldn't fault anything.

Our consumer unit began to make a quiet buzzing on New Year’s Day. I contacted KRA and they were very quick to phone back, helpful on the phone, and arranged to come around the next day. I was pleased up to that point, but having agreed what I thought was a £150 fee for coming out and resolving the issue by replacing an MCB, turned into an opportunity for them to tell me my 11 year old consumer unit needed to be replaced for a further £1500. I phoned another local electrician who confirmed that the unit is perfectly safe and fixed the issue (replaced the MCB) for £20. KRA tried to rip me off.
