Started out well with a lovely new bathroom. Issue with water getting under the tiles. James and Martyn investigated and had to relay the floor. Happy with the job until we found out the new underfloor heating no longer works. All attempts at communicating with James have been ignored. We are out of pocket and face the possibilty of paying thousands of pounds for testing and repairs or completely relaying the floor with new heating. No invoice or warranty issued. No testing certificate for the underfloor heating.

We would highly recommend Kraken Plumbing. Very professional service, prompt, and clean and tidy. Our old bathroom suite was horribly outdated and James gave us good advice and ideas on what to do to bring our bathroom into the 21st century. We were away on holiday, but they worked flat out for two weeks to ensure our new bathroom was completed for when we got home. It surpassed any expectations I could have had. The digital shower is just fabulous and powerful. Well done!

James is a first class plumber. He goes out of his way to help and advise and is always on hand to answer any questions. After using various plumbers in the past, I would not go anywhere else now as he is honest, reliable and fairly priced. 5* service
