Kraken replaced our 20-year-old boiler with a Vaillant system boiler. They were the most competitive out of four quotes. They were also the top recommended Vaillant installer for our area, hence it was an easy decision to make. We are delighted with our choice of installer and boiler. Shane and his apprentice worked tirelessly, were courteous and tidy throughout the installation. I thoroughly recommend Kraken if you are looking for a new boiler.

Shane and Ollie are very courteous; worked through the whole weekend, kept by me informed, dealt be with unexpected delays , pipework challenges and extra brickwork including going extra mile to get the most suitable bricks. Shane fitted a new Vaillant boiler for us along with new controls and lots of associated repiping and rewiring. About five days of work including some late nights! He was perfectly polite and professional throughout and worked extremely hard to get it all up and running as quickly as possible. Very happy with the installation.
