Absolute poor job, unfinished Kieron Regnard and Ricky Barrett both totally incompetent leaving a lethal disaster! Failings include no air bricks or membrane under timber floor, wrong floor type used, numerous loose blocks, bricks poorly laid with giant mortar beds, mortar flakey due to lack of cement, not possible to fit door lining due to bad way bricks cut, no support lintel above door, catnic lintel above window opening sitting less than 10mm on brick, mess everywhere kitchen and garden ruined. Failure to understand electrical ring main, roof disaster fitment etc. Cost me £13300
