My dealings with KRE have taught me a valuable lesson and in future for any required will be as follows. First have written method statement of planned type of work to be carried out with costing's labour and materials. Any deviations from these whilst the job is undergoing must be recorded and agreed by both parties. Unfortunately I put my trust in purely verbal communications and as a result KRE profited. I have learned a truly valuable lesson.

We feel lucky to have found KRE to do the work following storm damage to our chimney stack. Quick response, great communications throughout, good workmanship from everyone involved. Faultless, would definitely recommend.
