• Change in glad windows and window which wouldn’t open

  We had an issue where a window wouldn’t open. I arranged a call out from Pimlico plumbers (£150) who couldn’t open the window and stated that we need to replace the whole frame. Kyle and his team saw the window, knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed within 20 minutes - saving me £1200 if I replaced the frame as guided by PP. We also had issues where our bathroom windows were troubled with condensation. Kyle and his team sourced the glass, changed the windows and they are good as new. I’m super impressed by not only the courtesy but high value workmanship. You have to hire Kyle!!

  Professional, responsive and friendly. I got 5 quotes from different firms, not only were they the most competitive, the customer service from my first enquiry to the call I received the day after the work was completed (from the owner) to check I was still happy before he sends the final invoice. We need more companies to care as much as these guys. Highly recommend.

  K&R attended on the same day following being contacted in the morning. Kyle and Ruben were both knowledgeable and advised on the reason for my units breaking down. They followed up with a swift quotation and came to refit the windows 2 days later (very speedy turnaround!). The units were changed and cleaned and the area was left tidy once they had finished. Very professional and efficient service, I highly recommend their services.

  K&R came the same day as contact made. The problem was identified immediately and came back 2 days later with replacement units. Kyle and Ruben are both very polite professional and extremely helpful. They cleaned and oiled all hinges even ones that hadn’t been replaced which I’m extremely grateful for. They cleaned up afterwards too. I wouldn’t hesitate in using again and highly recommend them to others. Thank you
