  Conventional Boiler to Combi Boiler Installation

  Moved into a home with very low water pressure - weak taps and shower. Rico visited quickly, assessed the issue, and recommended upgrading our old conventional boiler to a combi. He completed the work in two days, removed the old system, and left everything clean. He even arranged scrap collection for the old parts. Communication was fast and clear throughout. Very happy with the results and will definitely use Rico again for future projects. Highly recommend!

  New bathroom

  KRL came with thoughtful suggestions on design and materials choices - an kept their promises on timing and cost. Only small hiccup was that it wasn’t communicated clearly to me that I had to confirm order of units so there was a little scramble to get them in time for install - but altogether a great experience. Will use them on projects again in the future

  Family Bathroom and Shower Room - total gut and refit

  We liked Rico from the first time we met him, when he came round to quote. A genuine guy, down to earth, a sense of humour. After discussing the plan of action, and us sourcing the bathroom furniture, taps, tiles etc - the date was set, and it was stuck too. Ricos team, Charlie the apprentice, Ben the tiler, and jack the plasterer were all excellent. Ricos advice and methods to box off or re-route pipework were great - something we hadnt thought of. We used KRL for both our main bathroom, and our downstairs shower room and WC. We're so glad we chose Rico over other builders that quoted.

  Rico was exactly what I was looking for. A plumber who analysed a problem, saw very quickly what was wrong, and quickly, tidily, and confidently resolved the issue that had baffled previous plumbers. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate to use KRL for any plumbing / heating works.

  Full WC refurb

  Rico and his team completely renovated our outdated WC. We’re very happy with the quality of the job and the advice he gave for what would work and look best. Any issues along the way were resolved and we’d definitely use them again!
