  Brilliant service

  Rico came out to repair our boiler and I honestly couldn’t fault him. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in plain terms, and had it all sorted in no time. It’s rare to find a tradesperson you can genuinely trust, but Rico is exactly that. Fair pricing, no fuss, and a great result. Our boiler is running perfectly, no more cold showers required! Would recommend KRL to anyone without hesitation he’ll be my first call for any plumbing work going forward!

  Expert reliable trustworthy service gets the job done

  Rico came out to fix and service my boiler and honestly went above and beyond. He came the same day, got the specific parts my boiler needed within the hour, sorted the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, wore covers on his shoes and kept everything neat and tidy throughout. Reliable, kind, professional and genuinely helpful at a really stressful time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy heating engineer. Thank you again Rico!   Highly recommend

  Just had a full heating system changeover from the old storage tank system to a new combi boiler and I can't thank Rico enough. Gave a fair price for it with all the information I needed before the works started. Any queries I had (there were many because I ask a lot of questions) he got back to me on giving full honest details of what to expect with no Hidden costs. His workmanship is very clean, neat and high quality. Very professional and has the utmost integrity! Would highly, highly recommend (already have to friends and family). Thank you Rico!

  Friendly and professional service

  Rico (and team) did a fantastic job. He installed a new boiler and radiators in our new house, and worked really quickly to get the work done before we moved in. Before the work started, Rico met us a few times to agree the scope of the work, and suggested ways to limit the costs. He kept in touch regularly before and during the work. He was incredibly professional and helpful at every stage. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with our jew heating system and radiators.

  Highly recommend great work and great price

  Rico and his team replaced our boiler and provided an excellent service from start to finish. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and kept us updated throughout the job. The team were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed to a high standard at a very reasonable price.
