  Render repairs

The job was to replace two areas of cracked render. After the original render had been removed I was told the price would have to increase due to unforseen circumstances. I felt I had to accept though I wasn't happy at this. The render was renewed satisfactorily however I had to recall the builder to apply missing sealant around the render. The builder left several open mortar joints which he said he'd return to repoint - two months later he has not done this. I would not use this company again.

Good communication and no no-shows without noticeut

Excellent service and communication. Kev and his gang were polite, pleasant and accommodating. Despite very poor weather they endeavoured to complete our rendering asap. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Came when expected. Big job with plastering and boarding for hall stairs & landing in an old house. Messy job but all work carried out to a very high standard. Whole area now looks great. We are really pleased with the results.
