  Replace bath tap/shower and combi boiler service

  Very efficient, polished work and very reliable. Easy to arrange appointment with. Karime is a genuine and honest guy. I highly recommend him. I will also recommend him to family and friends. Very upfront with charges and he will NOT send you a bill with hidden charges.

  Paid for job not done

  Paid £100 for boiler service and to restore hot water. Still no hot water next day. Want a refund or job refone

  Hi I’m sorry you feel you had to give a negative review. I was asked for a service and to restart the boiler, this was done and I believed it to be a low pressure fault. The service was carried out promptly the next morning and I arrived on time. A service does not involve repairs. But I nonetheless return to resolve the issue free of charge on a Saturday. I wasn’t aware the hot water wasn’t working when I left initially due it being heated via immersion element & the demand satisfied from the programmer wouldn’t fire. I don’t believe this to be justified . Kind regards

  Reliable

  Karime replaced a faulty bath mixer tap and connections and a seized ballcock . Same day service communicated every stage of job very proficent gas safety engineer very meticulous and professional, a 1 stop service for anything gas/plumbing related.

  Moving existing gas pipe

  Highly recommend Karime who is an honest, polite and friendly man. He arrived on time and moved the existing gas pipe so that it wouldn't obstruct the installation of my new oven. He even helped us make alterations to the oven housing unit. Great all round service at a great price!
