Not great.
Took a long time to sort and connect soffit bulbs to wifi, I’m now having issues with one of the bulbs as showing offline for 7 days and I can’t re connect, no after care, tradesperson now uncontactable

Thank you for your feedback. However, I believe it’s important to clarify the facts for accuracy. The work in question was completed in May 2024, and at the time, you were nothing but thankful for the service I provided.
The issues you experienced with the smart lights were due to the WiFi signal strength at your property, which I explained during my visits. This was not a problem with the bulbs or the installation. I even replaced the original smart lights at my own expense when they had trouble staying connected. I recommended you purchase a WiFi extender to improve the signal, which you did, and I returned to reconnect the lights on three separate occasions.
At the time of leaving the property for the final time, all smart lights were working correctly, as you noted. The problem stemmed from your WiFi signal strength, not the installation or the products, which I made clear.
It’s also important to mention that I no longer trade in the UK as I’ve since moved abroad, which was something we discussed. This explains why I am unavailable for aftercare at this time.
It’s disappointing to see this review posted five months after the work was completed, especially considering the efforts I made to ensure everything was working properly when I left.
I take great pride in my work and always strive to provide excellent service, as I did in this case.
