Kaan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our boiler at a reasonable price. They replaced the boiler and got the heating back on the same day. They were a pleasure to have on site. They clearly take their job very seriously and were not interested in cutting corners. Even though the job wasn't the easiest, with there not being a clear place to terminate the condensing pipe, they came up with a creative solution and got the job done. Also while on site, they noticed that one of our sinks was broken and they also fixed that for me at little extra cost. We were delighted!

We had a new boiler installed in a second floor flat, which involved scaffolding to get up on the roof. Great service, really informative and clear on what would be needed when quoting, much more so than anyone else, and carried out the work really well to a very high standard. Very knowledgeable and great communication. We were really happy with everything and would definitely recommend KRT to anyone getting work done.

I had 4 quotes to replace an old floor standing Potterton Kingfisher boiler that had packed up in a large 5 bedroom detatched property. Best quote was from KRT Maintenance. Kaan is very experienced and took the time to explain all options to me to and quote for each separately to ensure I made the right choice of system for the property. Kaan co-ordinated and managed the work which was carried out to a very high standard over 3 days. I have no hesitation in recommending Kaan and KRT Maintenance.

I called KRT Maintenance after a recommendation. He was brilliant, the radiator was fixed without needing to be replaced, good and honest and glad I got him round!

Kaan managed to recitfy an ongoing leak that had been cuased due to bad plumbing. The previous plumber was unable to identify leak. He was extremly well mannered and knowledgeable and fully explained it in such a way that I was able to fully understand. He turned the job over extremely quickly. Would highly recommend him for all plumbing and heating work, he is currently fitting my bathroom for me and was able to source all of the other workmen at a very reasonable price. Amazing engineer!
