New bathroom
Can't recommend enough-good communication and excellent workmanship from start to finish: friendly, well organised, expertise and attention to detail beyond expectations. Tiling and repairs

Fitted new bathroom
Krystian ripped my old bathroom out and fitted a new one. He did everything himself and did a really good job. I’m Krystian, founder of Prime Bathroom Renovations.
After 20 years on UK construction sites — first in London, now Edinburgh — I made one decision that changed everything: I stopped being a general builder and became a bathroom specialist.
Every day, all I do is bathrooms.
I run a small, dedicated team that I’ve personally trained to my standards.
I don’t subcontract to strangers.
The person who quotes your job is the person responsible for it.
Full bathroom renovations across Edinburgh and the Lothians — start to finish, one team, one point of contact.
That means strip-out, plumbing, electrics (via certified partners), tiling, plastering, waterproofing, fitting.
You don’t manage five trades. I do.
Please note: I do not take on repairs, small plumbing jobs, or partial work — only complete bathroom renovations.
This is a deliberate choice. Specialising in full projects is what allows me to control every stage, guarantee the finish, and stand behind the result.

My clients don’t choose me because I’m the cheapest — they choose me because they’ve seen what happens when a bathroom is done badly: leaks behind tiles, mould within a year, silicone failing in six months.
I work to a written specification, document every stage with photos, leave the site cleaner than I found it, and stand behind my work long after the invoice is paid.
