Very Happy with Our New Extension
I had a single storey rear extension built and I’m really happy with the outcome. Martin and the team were professional, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the project. The quality of the build is excellent, and everything was finished to a high standard. They kept the site tidy and were respectful of our home. Removal of load bearing wall and insertion of RSJ
Martin and his team removed the wall between our kitchen and dining room, creating a large open plan living space. Martin was excellent throughout. He is polite, professional, with a great sense of humour. The job felt safe in his capable hands. We are thrilled with the end result. Building an internal wall to separate two parts of a workshop

Knock Down Internal Load Bearing Wall
KSL Construction provided professional services to help to knock down the internal wall and install a beam, left tidy and clean and willing to do a bit extra, very competitive on price. They also explained us in detail the building regulations and procedures in need in removing a load bearing wall, and assist to connect with inspector after work done.
