So relieved to find a tradesperson who completely understood the challenges of working in a hard-to-access central York property. Keith kept us completely informed of the progress of the work with plenty of detailed photos and videos while we had to be elsewhere. The quality of the work has been outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Leaky hot water pipe affected a downstairs flat. KSM came out on a Saturday roughly 24 hours after being contacted. Identified problem and fixed it in under an hour with minimum fuss. £72 call out fee. Would use again.

Friendy, courteous,ultra efficient. Job carried out with minimum of fuss for my elderly mother. Lovely lad who knew his job and couldn't fault his approach and expertise. Very happy with outcome and cost.

Really good service from Keith and co at KSM plumbing. Not only did he fix the leak but he repiped the entire area which was a mess before. It turns out that there were 4 leaks and instead of capping them, he repiped the area. Thanks again KSM!
