My upstairs was in desperate need of new flooring, I got KSR Building in to take up old carpet and re floor my entire upstairs covering a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, they took away and disposed of old carpet too. My eldest has wanted to move into the loft for quite some time and I got requested a quote for converting and went ahead with this also, the place looks amazing and I’m extremely happy with the work carried out. Rubbish was tidied away throughout, PPE was worn at all times and they even came back between Christmas and new year to complete the work.

So pleased with the work Kieran provided, the work was completed a lot quicker than expected and Covid guidelines were followed at all times. Kieran always made sure that he was safe and everything was tidied away at the end of each day. I’m so happy with my new kitchen, this included re-plastering, new tiles and new units. Bedrooms were re painted and new Lino floor was added. I wanted my garage turned into a another room/ bedroom for when family come to stay and Kieran completed this just as I visioned it. He got rid of rubbish gradually throughout work being carried out and once finished.

Extremely reliable, all mess was tidied away after leaving the first day and laid back out upon return. Job was completed in the time given and price was very reasonable, no messing around and very happy with the completed work.
