    Kieran was extremely pleasant and reliable The installation of my log burner was done in a day as promised. He did leave the area inside clean and tidy. I just would have liked the rubble and old fire surround to have been removed and not require another tradesman. We are considering a second log burner installed.

Really helpful with helping us decide what we actually wanted, we rang for help and advice on numerous occasions before we decided to have him and he was always eager to help even when he knew we were still getting quotes from other tradesmen. He surveyed the same day in the evening and nothing was too much trouble for him. His customer service skills are exemplary and others could learn from him. He quoted within the hour and the job is now booked in for less than two weeks time. I can highly recommend him.
