Rear extension
We were so pleased with our extension. Paul and his team work to such a high standard. Polite, professional and always tidy. Paul's advice and guidance throughout was invaluable. Sharing ideas we hadn't even thought of. We would highly recommend KT5 Builders.

Rear kitchen extension and loft conversion
We found Paul from Kt5 Builders, not only efficient but extremely professional. We used him initially for our kitchen extension, we were that pleased we had to ask him back to do our loft conversation. Paul and his team are very hard working, efficient, tidy and always went through options with us, giving us the maximum and best outcomes for our projects. I rarely write reviews, but with Paul's workmanship, it is second to none. It's hard to find a good,honest and genuine, hard working builders these days. But with Paul you find all of that and more.

Loft conversion, side extension, renovation, cabinetry.
We would highly recommend KT5 Building Services. Paul takes great pride in his work, is a perfectionist and everything is finished to a very high standard. Paul is flexible in his approach with good ideas and suggestions. KT5 Building Services were friendly, reliable, polite and always tidied up after themselves.

New living room - knocking down a wall, making good, plastering, electrical work for a new kitchen, plumbing
I have recently had my house renovated by KT5 Building Services Ltd and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring building work from the smallest job to a complete transformation. Paul and his team, were brilliant. They were always punctual, polite and extremely helpful from offering advice, solutions and often saving me money. Paul's work is of the highest quality across the board whether it be plumbing, plastering, electrics and all the other major building requirements. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they continue to offer support and advice so thank you!
