Emergency Replacement Ballcock
James was brilliantly helpful and here within 30mins of the emergency call out on a Sunday. He had such a pleasant manner and was super helpful at explaining the issue and providing additional information that I had on the plumbing of a house I’d only just moved into 2 days prior. Cutting off gas supply to open fire place.

Water tank leak

Boiler Repair and System to Combi Conversion
We've used James twice now - once to repair my in-laws boiler when it failed over Christmas and again to convert from a system to a combi boiler at our own house, both times he did an amazing job and went above and beyond to get the work done. He clearly takes pride in his work and knows boilers inside out, picking up on some items that others who quoted didn't when quoting to replace our boiler. New Boiler and under floor heating pump
I was overseas just before Christmas with someone staying in my house. Extremely difficult to get hold of any help due to cold snap. My usual contact said what was necessary was too much work before Christmas. I found James and he has just been amazing and now the house is warm again.
