Most of the work completed was of a reasonable standard, they arrived on time and generally left the site tidy at the end of each day. However the project took more than twice as long as was estimated (was estimated 8-10 weeks, but still wasn't complete 6 months later), after sales support has been difficult and stressful and unfortunately we're now having to hire another company to fix some issues that we've been left with. Overall, would we hire Kudos Building Ltd again? No.

Simply untrue. The project was high standard and no comments made about non standard works till now. The project was a few weeks over due to weather and additional works, where 6 months has come from i do not know. We finished all snagging last year so you can see the time past. the customers issue is his cooker hood fell off the wall 3.5 months after we installed, but only a few weeks after he did alteration works to the other side of the wall, we got blamed but agreed to court as this was nothing to do with us, its now been settled out of court, but he still feels aggrieved hence his false and slanderous comments.
