KW security responded promptly when I first posted the job. A phonecall soon followed where pictures were shared before a quote for the work soon followed. A date was agreed and the work was carried out to a high standard. Overall, we were very happy with the communication, price and the quality of the job. KW Fire & Security were selected for the installation of our home alarm and CCTV system as the survey and quote was the best provided in terms of options and cost. Kirk was able to arrange the install soon after the quote was accepted, so we didn't have to wait more than 2 weeks. The service provided was very professional, and the work was completed to high standard. Once complete, a full demonstration of the alarm and CCTV systems and apps were given before leaving. I have already recommended KW Security to others and will be using again in future if we require more services. Welcome to K W Security, we are Kirk and Nick and we both have 19 years of experience in the security industry installing intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms and Network infrastructure.
A little bit about us:
Kirk is an ex-Army soldier who served 10 years, before joining the industry in 2005, so prides himself on attention to detail, professionalism, respect, appearance and delivering a high-class installation and service.
Nick started his security career as an apprentice learning off some of the best installers in the industry and has climbed the ranks and in his last job was a senior engineer in charge of 5 subordinates. Nick has vast experience in IP integration and brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the KWS team.
