Arrived on time both days - very friendly, extremely professional. Tidied up afterwards - took all rubbish away (including some I had that wasn’t his). Windows look so good ,I am now in a dilemma as to whether to cover with shutters. Would thoroughly and confidently recommend to anyone. Competitively priced. Unusual unsecured window worsening with recent weather alot of movement in frame. I received prompt reply from Jake to my enquiry. Similar prompt visit to assess the requirements. Fortunately Jake was able to schedule the repair shortly after. Unfazed and repair completed as agreed. Receipt given and great finish.
