  Friendly Service but lack of attention to detail

  Bill was friendly, responsive and easy to deal with, and the quoting process was quick and straightforward. However, the project became more stressful due to changing start dates, the driveway being left dug up over the weekend, and a few avoidable issues during the groundwork including damage to pipes and our internet cable. To Bill’s credit, these were resolved quickly and he was always willing to put things right. The finished paving looks decent overall, although some of the detailing felt rushed and needed correcting. I’m satisfied, but for the price I expected attention to detail.

  Excellent work

  Had a driveway and side path built. The work was carried out on time and by an excellent and friendly team. We were kept informed about the works and are extremely pleased with the results. Would.definitely use this company again.

  new front path/ exterior of house painted/ patio laid to rear.

  Bill and team arrived every day spot on time, began work as soon as they arrived. did not stop until the job of day was completed, they worked quickly and with out fuss. their work is of a high standard. I would happily use Ladbrook again. Bill explained to me exactly what was to be done, and his quotes for the work seemed fair. The team cleaned up after themselves and honestly I have no complaints about standard of work carried out. I can happily recommend Bill and team to everybody.

  Quick turnaround very easy to deal with
