Best and most trusted Roofer we found!

We went through numerous roofing companies local and national, Lee sent a message via Checkatrade and drove all the way down just to quote for guttering replacement. He was beyond helpful, we were doing a renovation project and helped with fixing the roof, capping our chimneys, painting the house and even helped out with other bits and pieces. They were extremely tidy and courteous. The price was unbeatable and as soon as our budget allows we will be using Lee to replace our Velux windows!

Wall pointing

We saw this company working on our neighbours roof. We asked if he could give his opinion on a leak we had in our kitchen. Lee, came over, saw the problem, and suggested pointing. He quoted a sum, we accepted, he came and did the job he said, leak stopped. All is good. A good guy who keeps in touch, a rare find.

Replacement of broken roof tiles after a solar panel installation

Hugely appreciated Lee's quick response to my problem (water leaking into the kitchen from broken roof tiles), and the fact that he came on the Sunday before Christmas to do the repair. With all of the nasty weather we've had over the festive season, the repair is still holding good and I have a dry kitchen! Thanks so much, Lee!

Multiple Roof Repairs

Honestly the best roofer we found, after multiple quotes and painfully seeking through trades we found Lee who was the best priced and the quality of work is second to none. Always turned up when he said even with bad weather and worked hard throughout the day. He helped with other work in the house without hesitation. Couldn't recommend higher. All future work we will be using L.A.D.

Repair to flat roof lining

Water ingress into wall through somewhere on roof, possible guttering. Lee was very prompt in his response and we talked through the job for which he quoted straight away with two different options. Arrived on the morning (within 48hrs of job being posted), assessed what had to change (due to my lack of correct detail) and made it work. Both very pleasant to have around. Very clearly explained what the work was and how it was to be done and went through details afterwards.

Dry ridge installation

Highly recommended roofing company, team of two turned up on time to replace my crumbling ridge tiles with a dry ridge system, they completed the work to the highest standard, and were the cheapest quote I received. All rubbish was cleared away and everything left as it was before they arrived. Will def use LAD roofing for any future work required. Its always nice when you find a reliable trade company that don't let you down, and this is one of them.
