Urgent underpinning job. Lee’s pricing was very reasonable compared to others and he was able to get the job done in record time for us. Most importantly his workmanship was superb with each stage inspected and signed off by our engineer and the building control inspector. He works with his 2 sons all very professional and easy to deal with. We’ll definitely be using LA for our planned renovations.

Lee and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They removed some load bearing walls, constructed a new block work wall and screeded our floor. The work was done very quickly with minimal mess. They dealt with building control and kept exactly to schedule. Would not hesitate to recommend Lee and his team.

Lee and his team did an excellent job fitting lintels above our windows where none existed. Before They were on time, friendly and the quality of the work was excellent. Due to the cavity thickness and original house construction they chose to carefully cut each brick for a flush finish rather than sticking them in as they were. They went the extra mile to make sure it was a great job. Very pleased.

Lea and his team built a half height, insulated cavity wall for our Conservatory. They also put up several fence panels and laid concrete slabs in recent cold weather in minus temperatures. They did a very satisfactory job. We would contact them again for any future projects. Five stars. Thank you Lea
