Great communication throughout. Answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) and was always on the other end of the phone. Most reliable and trustworthy roofer you will meet.
I have been using Laidlaw Roofing for over 8-9 years for various roofing jobs. I used Laidlaw Roofing to replace my original roof 8 years ago and have not had any issues, I had to contact Sean recently for a leak on my new extension. Sean was polite and helpful as always, quoted reasonably and rectified the problem quickly. Replacement roof tiles with new dry ridge system and new end capping
A friend recommended this roofer. I saw his work on a house a year ago and recently one in Barnt Green. He explained exactly how a dry ridge system worked and all the other questions I had throughout the whole process. He and his crew are the most hard working, organised and efficient team I have known. Everything was communicated then actioned. Skip and scaffolding came promptly, both removed the following day, unbelievable. Really tidy and careful as we are a semi and both my neighbours have conservatories.
