Dave was able to do the job much quicker than I expected as he came within the hour. The window was jammed open and the room was freezing at night. I had put a new catch on but it still wouldn't open, the gears had broken, he saw that the other two windows were the same so he got new gears for all three and fixed them all. Great job done.

Lakeside Locks attended at a time to suit me and carried out a first class job. They opened the door and replaced the lock - no issues, quickly and with great communication.

Dave is brilliant. I don't have a bad word to say about him or the job. He arrived bang on time, and completed the job to an extremely high quality. He was also incredibly helpful and generous by answering all of my many questions before I'd even booked him for the job. There was also an extra piece of work that was needed on a door that didn't close properly. He had it solved in under 30 seconds. I'd definitely use him again, and would recommend him to all.

We’ve been using Dave at lakeside Locks now for many yrs recently someone tried to brake into our front door by trying to force the lock Dave had recently fitted a new cylinder snap lock which saved our house getting burgled!!. So great to know as my family and children were asleep at the time I called Dave and he came over straight away and installed a new one with a new door handle nothing is ever too much trouble Dave is so friendly, Excellent at what he does professional V hard working and he’s works to high standard and great price I would def highly recommend Dave at Lakeside Locks.
