    We have worked with Craig and team on our house several times before and we didn’t hesitate to ask them to lay our new patio. As always we were well communicated with and the level of workmanship was what we have come to expect from Lamadoss. Needless to say we are very happy with our new patio which is lovely and flat as well as waterproofed.

    Bathroom fitting

    We had our main bathroom renovated including moving around the location of the sink, toilet and bath. This was done in the run up to Xmas and it did get a little behind but the team made sure that it was a functioning bathroom ahead of our Xmas guests. Craig and the team are lovely builders and so easy to work with, Craig always answers the phone or gets right back to you so you always feel in touch with him. The plumbing and tiling were done to a high standard and we are very happy with the end result.

    Side extension

    Craig and the team and the loveliest builders you will meet, they are friendly and easy to work with. We had discussions each day as the build progressed to make sure we got what we needed. The quality of the workmanship is very good and we are very happy with the end result. After 6 months they came back to fill and paint the movement cracks. We have since had them back to do other work on our house.

    Kitchen Refit - House Reno

    Craig and his team have helped us with various projects since we bought our house, including screeding, replacing skirting boards, laying new SPC Flooring, plastering, re-plumbing, re-wiring, painting, hanging new doors for our entire downstairs... to ripping out and replacing our entire kitchen. Craig and his team are knowledgeable, often going above and beyond. They're tidy, honest, reliable and friendly with fantastic skillsets. Wouldn't go elsewhere!

    Craig and his team are really decent hardworking and skilled people who make good on any promises and commitment made. The core job was completed to a high standard - small favours / extras were included without trying to take financial advantage of scope creep. Sub contractors were all decent characters, trust worthy and did a high quality job…generally progress was made most days without much waiting for different tradesmen to be scheduled. Craig makes sure he follows up on commitments made any issues are sorted without discussion even if rework is required. Highly recommended.

    Been meaning to write a review for a while (sorry for the delay Craig). We had a lot of work done in the house, completely change the downstairs - we particularly went with these guys based on past work and the fact they were also able to do all of the work needed. Craig was able to work hard to meet tight deadline which we really appreciated… The other thing worth a mention was the team were great when our kids were around which is always something that we looked out for as the work was a few months to complete…

    Craig and his team did a great job to prepare my kitchen for fitting. This included building works, installation of a new boiler, plumbing, electrics, flooring and decorating. All works have been completed professionally and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend
