The issue with our oven that Sam came out to repair ended up being intermittent and very complex, and ultimately we ended up opting to replace the oven, but Sam came out at least 4 times and tried various solutions. I was very satisfied with his work and in the end he offered to refund the parts used. He also only charges a single call out fee and does not charge by the hour, so I paid a flat fee for all of his work. Definitely keeping him in mind for any future appliance work and recommend him to anyone else.

Sam answered my query immediately and booked in a visit promptly. He immediately identified the problem with my freezer and rectified it within ten minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond.

EVERYONE SHOULD USE THEM! Sam was quick to reply to my request late in the evening. Came the next day on time and fixed both my washing machine and dishwasher in 30mins. Sam was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Normally I would have just bought new ones but as both were playing up thought I’d try and get them fixed, thanks Sam you saved me a fortune! Will recommend to my friends and client should they need a domestic appliance looked at! Can’t praise you enough!
