Speedy and Efficient Service
The exceptionally hot weather caused the twin glazed doors from the lounge to the garden to distort and shut only with force. There was also a problem with the lock on one door. I called Dan at Lambert who came later that afternoon and adjusted the doors so that they closed and locked. He identified a problem with one of the locks and returned a few days later to fit a new barrel. Dan was excellent and his charge was most reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Lambert and have indeed asked them to replace a number of misted double glazed units in our conservatory. Brilliant Glazier Totally Focused On The Customers Needs
We have a 30 year old well made conservatory which had started leaking badly. Put this out to Checkatrade and 4 replied. 2 x not interested and 1 x not interested but could replace the roof for £20,000 !!! Thankfully the fourth was Dan Lambert, who came around and calmly diagnosed the issue as seals all rotted and would need replacing and he could do it. Only "problem" was finding the same seals from 30 years ago and needing a tower to do the work. There are companies will tell you that you need new windows if the hinges just need replacing or that you need a new door if the lock is faulty. Although there are times that this can be the correct assessment there are the times where this just isn't the case.
