    Unfinished job - lost contact

    Same pattern as 2 other reviews. Great to begin with, patio looks great. But did a poor job on rendering of planters, then never returned calls to finish the lawn. We’ve been left with a garden without a lawn all summer and planters than need re rendering. Was hard to get hold off, and disorganised.

    We got a quote from Sam and he understood our needs and what we wanted for a good price. Fast forward to when the work actually got done, the porcelain tiles aren't levelled on the ground, the wall cladding has gaps between which doesn’t look sightly, kept adding on money to get the job done then eventually stopped all contact without finishing our garden. Disappointing is an understatement. So much money gone to waste without a near perfect garden that we had originally paid for. Please be wary, he’s nice to your face to get the job then it will go downhill from there!

    Garden Renovation

    Sam is polite and flexible. He carried out our garden project - building utility room / car port / raised bed with sleeper, decking / paving, levelling the garden and etc., started from beginning of June. On 5 Oct we agreed to break up, mainly due to Sam's lost of contact in Aug and end of Sept, and the long delayed and uncertainty on door/window thus the completion of utility room. Other issues include sub-standard work such as not-straight brick wall and unparalleled cavity wall of the utility room.
