I arranged a meeting to get a quote. They confirmed via text. On the day I texted just to be sure and then I called and no answer. Eventually, despite being promised that 'Josh' would attend and having confirmed everything they just did not show up - not even a text or phone call. Very unpleasant experience especially as the time slot they gave me was very inconvenient and I had to cancel things to make sure I was available. Overall summary, unreliable, unprofessional, thoughtless and just rude - I am so pleased they didn't turn up ..  I think I dodged a bullet!

1 incorrect unit fitted, 3 others were cracked and had to be replaced. Double patio doors let light and wind in between the door and the frame as doors were not aligned. Front door did not have a letter box, this had to be made and fitted later. Hassled a sick person for payment for the work and have yet not confirmed that payment has arrived. When I asked to speak to the colleagues manager the person that phoned, supposedly the manager, would not give me his full name. Flyer pre order suggested a discount but none received. Steer clear.

I ordered and paid a £200 deposit for a replacement glass for my window total cost of the job was £425 that was 18 August they have told me on 3 occasions that they would come and fit it we have waited in for them on every occasion and they didn’t turn up I would never use or recommend this company and now just want my £200 back so I can get my window from a reputable company waiting 6 weeks for a widow fitted is ridiculous originally we were told it would be 2 to 3 weeks

Great experience from start to finish great communication from start to finish.

Lancs double glazing came and carried repairs to a number of failed double glazed units. Compared to the cost of new, Josh and his team were professional from start to finish. Nice saving aswell!
