    Demolition of x2 external outbuilding walls

    I needed a speedy demolition of x2 external walls, due to breaching planning regulations. Lee answered my call for help. Lee was responsive, polite, personable, skilled, trustworthy and very tidy. Lee took pride in his work from start to finish. We would definitely call on him again and would definitely recommend him. What a gem! We are truly thankful Lee.

    Lee has been an incredible builder, his knowledge has made the project run smoothly and the quality of his work is all we could ask for. In the future I will be sure to recommend him to friends, family and if I ever need work done again I'll be sure to contact him.

    Happy but get a site visit

    Lee and the guys did a great job for me - even though it turned out to be more complex than expected. A site visit would have helped before starting.

    Thank you for the review Yes the scores are high, however I disagree entirely about the site visit, as it would have made no difference to the outcome of the job It was removal of 2 concrete bases where you specified the depth of them both (50mm & 100mm), and obviously once we started breaking them out, it quickly became clear that the smaller base was actually 100mm-200mm in places, and the larger base was in fact newer concrete encased around thick reinforcement mesh There would have been no way to predict this even with a site visit The customer was not charged any extra costs

    We had Lee lined up for a house extension but had an issue beforehand with some invasive bamboo that was tunnelling under the garage. Lee was happy to help and over a week excavated all the bamboo, refilled the affected area and made good the rest of the outside. Nothing seemed too much trouble, despite it not being his bread and butter line of work!

    Internal Wall Removal

    Lee removed an internal bathroom wall for us recently. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and the waste disposed of all for a very reasonable price. I would have to hesitation to use L & D again in the future for building works.

    Ground floor back extension

    Lee and team did a great job on our ground floor back extension. Had tricky elements with a lot of steel but all handled very smoothly. Lee is a nice guy to deal with and keeps you in the loop. He also was happy to do extras along the way or change things if we requested. We would definitely use again.
