Replace broken roof tile.
The job was only to replace a single broken roof tile, but none the less L&G responded to what was a very small job when others wouldn't!! Visited same day to see the job and quoted very quickly. The work was carried out first of the day, both guys were very polite and considerate, swapped new tile into a less obvious place on the roof and used the weathered one to replace the cracked tile. Repair of leaking lead dormer
Gary clearly knows what he is doing. He attended and was very straightforward in his assessment of the problem. His quote was clear and reasonable and the work was completed without delay as per the quote. His team were unobtrusive, very polite very courteous and attended promptly to address a minor snagging issue. Lorraine was helpful, polite and clear in her communications and co-ordinated things well. There were sometimes some minor delays in communication but I was always confident that my job would be dealt with.
