We couldn’t get back into our house this morning as the lock wouldn’t turn. Called L&K locksmiths said he would be here in 20-30 mins and arrived in about 20 mins. Luke was very friendly, courteous and professional. He tried various methods to try to fix the lock but eventually had to drill the lock out, replace the lock and tightened various screws. Then cleaned up the door to remove the oil. He mentioned that the spring in our door handle could possibly need replacing but didn’t in any way force us to make a decision. Charged what he quoted and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

The work was done with care and enough time was given. He thoroughly explained how everything works and our options. He was profession but personable. A pleasure to have him fix our door. Would definitely use again if needed.

Had an attempted break in. Phoned L&K locksmiths in the morning, came a couple of hours later. Explained what was needed and gave options on what locks we could have fitted. Fitted the new lock in the same day so I asked if we could have a new lock fitted for the french back doors. Came back the next day. Highly recommend. Gave the number to neighbours who also had their doors fitted with new 3* locks

Luke is efficient, polite and friendly. First day he took the faulty mechanism out but left the door secure temporary until he could return to fit the new lock etc. Which he did the next day. He explains everything well and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
