  The team from Landmark were very thorough throughout the whole process. Whether it was a site visit or online meeting we knew we felt that the team had extensive knowledge of the trade and were able to advise on what could be done to extend and improve our existing house. Took our own ideas on board and also provided suggestions that we may not have thought about. More than accommodating in making adjustments to the plans before submitting for council approval, it meant that the final plan was what we both needed and wanted. We're now looking forward to starting our build soon.

  Sukh went above and beyond throughout the process, from start to finish. At the first site site visit, he listened to our requirements and we had a very informative conversation regarding feasibility. At subsequent visits, we had further discussions and were familiarised with the process. Sukh promptly responded to all of our concerns and queries regarding the planning process. He also resolved any challenges to the proposed posed layout whilst at the same time ensuring we were satisfied with the final plan. We would very highly recommend them to anyone looking for architectural services.

  Excellent service offered by Landmark. Sukh and his team were instrumental and provided an excellent service to get our applications approved so our builders could commence work . They also worked with both our appointed and our neighbours appointed party wall surveyors/solicitors to ensure our structural drawings were approved. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future projects and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

  I cannot recommend Sukh and the team at Landmark enough. Sukh showed a high degree professionalism, he was knowledgeable and kept me informed of any updates throughout my application. Any queries I had were answered promptly and he was patient throughout the process. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!!

  I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Landmark in regards to the planning for my property. With multiple changes that I requested at short notice the team worked hard and ensured the plans were exactly to the details I required. Suk has been very helpful, he provided suggestions to improve my plans, answered any questions I had, very responsive and always kept me up to date with my plans. He was extremely patient with all the changes I made just before submission. I would like to thank all the team for their support and hard work, and would definitely recommend Landmark.
