After multiple emails, three site visits, and two quotes, they only told me the late afternoon before, when everything was ordered and arranged for the works to begin and at 8:30am on the actual workday, that they required 50% upfront by cash or bank transfer. They would not accept stage payments or card payments , demanded cash/bank transfer only, offering me no protection., card payment refused. The job didn’t go ahead due to this last-minute demand. I feel extremely let down after all the months of planning

Matt and the guys at LM were fantastic, they were on time every day, worked hard and always gave us updates and showed us the progress of the work. Even after the work was completed with some minor defects, they dropped everything and fixed them instantly. I would 100% recommend L&M and I am in fact getting them in to now refit my En-suite!

From the start couldn’t fault them they kept their appointments. The organisation was impressive as was the actual workmanship. A great team and a bonus that they were a local company

The workmanship was of high quality. The fitter had a good eye for detail. There was as minimum of disruption as was possible. House kept tidy throughout the work. All packaging and builders debris was removed daily.

Excellent work, bathroom looks fantastic, attention to detail and very good at communicating what's going on. Would highly recommend
