Liam and his crew really did go above and beyond . He was well organised, meticulously thorough and paid fastidious attention to detail. He cleared up well at the end of each day so it didn't feel like living on a building site . Excellent communication without being over fussy and very hard working the whole thing completed in less than a week in freezing temperatures. Brothers Liam and Marshall did a marvellous job of a full re-roof at our end terrace, at short notice. They worked tirelessly and took less than three days.They were pleasant and polite and kept us up to date throughout the job.They thoroughly cleaned up at completion. We have since had positive comments from passing tradesmen as to the quality of the workmanship. I’m over the moon to now have a roofing company that is going to be my go to company. Liam contacted me way before anyone else and on Bank Holiday too. He even popped out, that day, at zero charge, to see what my problem was. The day after, Liam completed all I wanted and more and did not try to up to price like a lot of companies would. I had L&M out to replace A few bricks down in my grandparents house and do a bit of pointing, they did a really neat job they were on time and the price was very fair, so I had them out to my house to check the roof over my Hydro Pool. It was getting damp inside through the external walls, they came out had a look took loads of photos and videos as I couldn’t get up there myself because I’m in a wheelchair and they could have taken advantage of that fact.
